Welcome to Sea Palms Colony 240D, the best kept secret in Sea Palms. This condo has been recently renovated and professionally furnished and decorated. The courtyard style grounds are impeccably kept and this is one of the few complexes in Sea Palms with its’ own pool. Enjoy new hardwood floors throughout with stone kitchen, bathrooms and entrance foyer floors.

As you pass through the entrance foyer and past the dining room that seats 6 you will enter the large living room- where comfort, style and technology all come together. Enjoy the large, wall mounted ROKU television, with YouTube TV access, where you can enjoy over 100 channels of live TV. (Bring your own password for all of the other streaming services such as Netflix.) Or, just kick back in the uber-comfortable living room and listen to your favorite tunes.

When you get hungry, this kitchen can handle the job. From sandwiches to roasting a turkey, everything you need is ready at your fingertips. Newly painted cabinets, solid surface counter-tops, and new appliances await the chef in you. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condominium which is great for those times when you have friends or family for overnight stays.

Both bedrooms have wall-mounted, ROKU televisions, with YouTube TV access. The second bedroom has a queen bed and sitting room/Florida room where you can read away on a rainy day or just enjoy the outdoor views. The Master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, completes the picture of the best kept secret in Sea Palms.
