It is lavishly furnished, spacious, and comfortably furnished. Granite counter tops are featured in the kitchen and bathrooms, and there is a balcony with a beautiful ocean view that can be accessed from the living room or master suite.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a Jacuzzi bath and a walk in shower with an over-sized size. There are also his and hers sinks. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, TV and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.
The guest bedroom has 2 double beds and a flat-screen TV. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower and can be accessed both from the hallway and the attached bathroom.
The community has one assigned covered parking spot and space for overflow outside of the building. There is a swimming-pool and an elevator. 760 Ocean Boulevard, located near Village Shops & Restaurants and directly across from a public Beach.
