Real Escapes Properties offers this extraordinary vacation townhome, located just minutes from the beach, village restaurants and sunsets at the pier. Courtyard Villa is an established condominium complex at the southern end of the island.
This beautiful, newly renovated, 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath townhome is situated in the Courtyard Villa complex near the beach, The Village and Pier. You can find a public park in the village area with baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball court and a children’s playground.
The Courtyard Villa B-4 features a bright and fully equipped modern kitchen that looks out into the dining room and living area. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and a door leading to a private patio. The dining table can comfortably seat six people and there is plenty of counter space with bar stools to enjoy your morning coffee. A half bath is located in the foyer.
The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen-sized bed. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have a modernized bathroom.
Smart TVs have streaming capabilities. No streaming service provided. You must have your account.
The Courtyard Villa features a large pool in the community with Wi-Fi (open seasonally).

Communication process and price was excellent. However, the cleanliness of the property and the condo was not very good. The condo had dirty bath mats with stains, towels contained hairs, bedding felt dirty also.

Lovely home and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Very well stocked kitchen. No dish soap or coffee filters, so I left mine. No cable, so we had to stream our service. Neighbors were somewhat quiet. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. If we visit St. Simon's again, we'll want to stay here again.
