The living room can comfortably seat 5 and has a large flat panel TV. The dining room can seat 4 and the kitchen can seat 3 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Just off the living room is a covered patio with 2 rockers, a cafe table and chair.

The second bedroom has two twins, flat panel Smart TV and shares a hallway bath with other guests. This bath also has a tub/shower combo.

There is a catch and release lake for fishing, tennis courts, clubhouse, and work out room. Walk to the Pier/Village area and only 3/4 mile to the nearest beach access points.
