Property Description

Welcome to Cape Island Court at Island Square Condominiums, St. Simons Island.
The Cape is an elegantly decorated and well-appointed private end unit located in the gated Island Square complex. The Cape is tucked away in an ideal location near popular restaurants, shops and drugstores. All within walking distance. By car or bike, you can reach the pier village in minutes.
The Cape is a townhouse with two bedrooms, two and a quarter baths and a nice patio to hang out on. The laundry room has a second entry for easy removal of sand and wet beach towels and clothing.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and en suite bath. The guest bedroom features twin beds, television and an en-suite bathroom. The sleeper sofa downstairs allows this unit to comfortably sleep six people.
The Island Square complex has a nice pool with access to bathrooms and a fitness centre. The Cape comes with 3 TVs and a washer/dryer. The fireplace is purely decorative. One housebroken dog of up to 12# is allowed. No cats.
NOTE: Fireplace is for decorative purposes only.
Note: Only one puppy is allowed, and it must weigh less than 12 lbs.

* The number of guests at the property is limited to four occupants. * Only one puppy is allowed. It must weigh less than 12 lbs. There is a non-refundable $50 pet fee. • Parking is available for 2 vehicles.

What a beautiful and quant place in a great location! Check in and out was easy and we had, and were near everything we needed. The upstairs toilet wasn’t working but it wasn’t a big deal as there were 2 others in the house. We found quite a few items around the house from previous guests (clothes, pacifiers, a random brownie on top of the cabinet lol) housekeeping could be a tad more detailed but it still felt clean. Would recommend and stay again!

The location is central to everything on the island, restaurants, shopping, etc. but not in the middle of the hustle & bustle- the perfect mix! The property itself was very clean & neat with all the needed amenities (& extras) for your stay, i.e. linens, cookware, etc. Management was extremely helpful with Check-In/checkout process & this being our family’s first time to SSI, they gave us wonderful recommendations of places to eat and attractions to visit!
We’ll definitely be back again and definitely be using Real Escapes Properties!

Another great vacation home from Real Escapes! They are our favorite go-to for lodging on our fav SSI because they provide such great vacation rentals like this one. Great location close to the beach but also around the corner from all the shopping you'll need.

It was perfect. It was quite and very clean. Check in was easy. We had a good day by the pool. The fitness center was well equipped. All the restaurants and beach were very close. Rent a golf cart! We will definitely be back!
