The riverside yard is lovely and large for children to play, the river allows for great paddling with the kayak provided or bring your floaties and float down the river with a good book. This is a great family cottage.

• Four stars out of Five. Cottage to the south is 120 feet away , cottage to the north is 60 feet

DOCKING FACILITIES

• The water levels at the cottage are low and not suitable for docking, but the Sauble River Marina is located 3 blocks away. It has docking and boat launch facilities.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets are not permitted.


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
