The river side of the cottage is a renter's dream. A stone patio with patio furniture provides a great place for family barbeques or just to sit in the sun and read a book.

This cottage has the benefits of being located in a quiet cottage area, while at the same time being close to all the activities that Sauble Beach has to offer.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• There is a 24' long dock at the cottage; however it is not suitable for docking. Sauble River Marina is located 3 blocks away and has docking and boat launch facilities.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets are negotiable


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
