Property Description
Your stay in Sandbridge will be comfortable and relaxing here at After Five, especially since the owners replaced the flooring in the living and dining room as well as added new leather sofas, comfortable seating and a new accent rug for the 2021 season! The first floor location affords convenient access to the unit and to the pool area as well. It is one of the largest units and is located on the quiet north side of the complex.
The spacious balcony provides a great ocean view to enjoy any time during your stay. We offer three large bedrooms (1 with a King, 1 with a queen, 1 with a bunkset (T/T) and a double bed) and a queen size sofa bed in the den.
In addition, the oversized dining table can accommodate everyone for meals or games. There is also seating for 2 at the countertop area in the kitchen. The kitchen is great, even if you don't cook at the beach! It is equipped with a refrigerator (with ice water and ice dispenser), oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, small food processor, crock pot, and electric grill.
There are 2 full baths with a jetted tub in the master bath. There is a large laundry room just off the main hallway with washer, dryer, drying rack and ironing board with iron. Two spacious closets also open from this hallway. The master bedroom has sliding French doors leading to the balcony.
All bedrooms, den and eating area have ceiling fans. The den is comfortably furnished and surprisingly spacious. You will love the new leather couches! Cable TV is provided in the den and all bedrooms. The den has a VCR/DVD player and a 37 inch flat screen TV. Internet access is also provided.
Sandbridge Dunes offers a work-out room, also located on the first floor with free weights, treadmill, recumbent bike, cross trainer and a Cybex multi-system unit. There is a outdoor shower area for beach clean-up. Showers are also located in the restrooms near the pool. One assigned parking space. Garage maximum vehicle height is 6 feet 4 inches.
