Property Description

Welcome to Manatee Retreat! Combined two units for families and friends together yet having private space. Unit A is a 2 bedroom/3 bathroom spacious area with plenty of gathering space in the living room. The kitchen is a galley kitchen with granite countertops. There's an eat-in kitchen area as well as a dining room with a water view. Master bedroom has a king-size bed with an ensuite, while the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a hallway bathroom. Third bathroom is a shower/toilet in the garage so you can rinse off after a day at the beach or on the water. Unit B is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with an open kitchen concept. Large island for get togethers overlooking the living room. Master bedroom has a king-size bed. Guest bedroom is a twin bed with a twin trundle with a hallway bathroom. This property is a quick one block walk to the beautiful Gulf coast beach. Relax in the sunroom overlooking the mangroves and water. Rent kayaks or stand up paddle boards for a day on the water. Enjoy the view of the canal and watch the jumping fish and the manatees swim by.
