GUESTS MUST WEAR WRISTBANDS IN MARCH AND HOLY/EASTER SEASON.

A GUEST LISTE WILL BE REQUIRED IN 72 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF BOOKING. If your reservation is not approved, you will receive a full refund.

GUESTS MUST CHECK IN AT OUR OFFICE (3901PADRE BLVD). THEY WILL THEN GET ESCORTED TO THE SUNCHASE WHERE THE CHECKIN PROCESS IS FINALIZED. All Guests must arrive before 11pm on the date of arrival. GUESTS ARRIVING POST 11PM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO CONDO. *


A Beachfront Beauty Sunchase Beachfront # 234 is a beautifully furnished three bedroom/two bath condominium! The oversized balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico offers guests a breathtaking view of the ocean. The dining and living areas are spacious and offer plenty of room for guests to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking equipment needed to prepare a delicious beach day meal! The master bedroom has a King-size bed. The first guest room has a Queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has two Queen-size beds. This makes for a comfortable accommodation that can accommodate eight people. Sunchase offers a private beach for all guests, as well as a fantastic pool area. The condo complex provides wifi in the common areas (pool and grounds) only. The condo does not have WiFi.

We traveled with 2 families with young kids, the condo had the perfect amount of space for a larger group. It was well supplied with everything we needed to get started. We spent time at the beach and pool each day which was easy to access. Great location st south end of island right close to the bridge. The unit was well maintained and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a great vacation place for us. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, and the 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms worked out great. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, but be aware you will need to supply your own spices/condiments. There was both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker which was nice.The condo had a nice view to the ocean, and the walk to the beach was convenient with a shower area provided for washing the sand off on the return trip.Definitely would return!

We all agreed the check-in time was way too late. This was the only bad thing about the place because we didn’t have the chance to enjoy the first day at the beach; we literally arrived for dinner so we thought the first night was kind of worthless. Aside from that, everything was excellent! Great location and spot, really usefull amenities, the security was not extreme (the week we where there at least), the ambiance was comfortable, not too many teenagers drinking nor babies screaming, it was all very neat and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again but we strongly advice you to reconsider your check-in time for it to be a little bit earlier. Thankyou for letting us stay at your condo.
