The New Yorker is located on the fourth, fifth, and fifth floors. It is perfect for large families, reunions of families, or multiple families traveling together. The home can sleep up to 14 people, and it has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The house is very comfortable and has a relaxing atmosphere. The living room can accommodate all the family for a movie or game night. Relax and enjoy your summer vacation. The house comes with a washer/dryer so you can do all your laundry. The perfect location. There are 3 parking spaces for standard-sized cars. This house has several flat roofs, but none are decks. They are not designed to support people. Guests should not sit, stand, or climb on any rooftop for safety reasons. You can walk, run, or cycle anywhere in the town. Many shops sell souvenirs and handmade jewelry along the boardwalk. You can also use the free beach volleyball nets to fly a kite on the beach. We will ensure that your New York City vacation is memorable. The New Yorker Building The New Yorker's beach and boardwalk are just one block away. This historic home has unit air and a porch that offers ocean views. There is parking for three standard-sized cars, and an outdoor shower. The boardwalk is within walking distance to many restaurants. The boardwalk tram can be taken to enjoy the view, shops, and amusements all along the way to the inlet. This is where you will find the Ocean City Lifesaving Museum. It tells the story of Ocean City's foundation and celebrates the US Coast Guard's history. This property does not allow smoking or pets. Shoreline Properties rents to responsible adults aged over 25 years. The New Yorker building has an outside shower and other amenities.

A fantastic stay at the New Yorker. Could not have been a better location with just steps to the boardwalk and beach. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything our large group needed. Shoreline Properties was extremely communicative and I would absolutely book this house or another in their collection again.
