Sunset Island 17 is a luxury bayside townhouse located in a gated community. This five-bedroom, three and a half-bathroom townhome has a furnished balconies and a porch. This house is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 17 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.



Classy and beach-themed, this house is the perfect place to host a family reunion. The living room is furnished with matching steel gray couches and arm chairs and a flat screen TV. The windows allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Next to the living room is the fully-stocked kitchen with a island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Past the kitchen is a large dining area with an extra sitting area and a flat screen TV along with a half bath of the living area.

One the next floor you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. The master bathroom features a standing shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom has queen-size bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed and a trundle. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway.

The top floor is the loft, which is where you'll find the fourth bedroom. This bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a TV, there is also a full bathroom on the loft floor. The ground floor houses the den/5th bedroom with a twin bed and television. There is a half-bathroom located on this entry floor. This property comfortably sleeps up to twelve people, so bring the whole family!
