The “extras”- towels, beach chairs, access to bikes, mopeds, golf carts, paddle boards- was icing on the cake! We will definitely rent this property again! Without a doubt the BEST thing about this place is the location. You will be a 3-minute walk to the beach, and a 3-minute walk to the Village. (The village offers all the local bars, restaurants, gift shops, shopping etc.) This stunning house offers 8 bedrooms and 7 and a half baths – it is the ideal place to stay for large groups. The house is all one story and massive. Very clean and a modern feel throughout, and that “cottage beach house feel” is there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well beyond antiquate, as were the kitchen, dining area and living room. But let’s be honest here – we didn’t spend the majority of our time inside this gem, we were out at the beach or hanging out at the pool/tiki area most of the time! The pool is an absolute perfect “front yard” for this place. It is suitable for all ages and offers everything you could want in a swimming pool – an attached hot tub, a bench/table area for hanging out, a shallow area for lounging, and a super-fast, fun slide for thrills (above a waterfall grotto.) The Tiki Hut and BBQ area is perfect for entertaining and plenty of deck space all around for the guests to relax and unwind. There is plenty of parking here as well. Pros: Location, location, location The pool Spacious indoor living accommodations Cons: No direct view of the ocean Having to walk up the long driveway to rinse your sandy feet coming off the beach Young foliage not blocking for 100% privacy (but 90% of the foliage IS blocking!) I will stay here again in a heartbeat. If you and your group are seeking a GREAT place to stay on Siesta Key, I would not hesitate to book this place. Staff are very accommodating and the experience was everything a vacation rental should be – you won’t be disappointed. Perfect for Big Family Get Together

"May 2021, my Big Family of 16 Adults and 6 children ( 3 that were 1 and under) came from 3 different states to gather for a Family Reunion. This house was just perfect for us. It had been a long time since we all had been together due to Covid19. We booked it 1 1/2 years in advance not knowing this would happen, but held our breath that we would still be able to make this happen. With 8 bedrooms, each having their own bathroom and TV, this worked out for each family to have their own room. If the kids got tired or unruly they could go to their rooms and chill out with a nap or TV. The BIGGEST problem we encountered was the NOICE. Some days it was deafening due to construction next door. The jackhammering was horrible and made it very difficult for the children ( and some adults ) to nap. It really put a damper on our vacation. The house itself was beautiful and very accommodating. The location was Superb, because of it being so close to the beach and the village for restaurants and shopping. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Having a washer and dryer was a HUGE help with so many little ones and just keeping up with washing and drying beach towels, which were provided. The pool was Awesome and we all enjoyed it. The Tiki Hut was the perfect place to celebrate our twins 1st Birthday. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and was very roomy. Several of the guys were still working from “home”, so we’re able to set up their computers in the dining room. It became their “office” for the week and was able to close it off with the sliding barn doors. It gave them some private space from the rest of the house. All in all, if it hadn’t been for the noice, this would have been the PERFECT Vacation.
