It is a bright and sunny 8 bedroom and 8.5 bathroom home, with 7 Master Suites, and it sleeps 22 in beds. It is located just a short walk away from the white sand beaches of Siesta Key, Florida; voted the best beach in America. It's also in Siesta Key Village, and just a short stroll to all of the restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, and more. When I say short walk to both, I mean between 1 minute to the Village and 3 minutes to the Beach. The Oversized Pool, 10 Person Spa, Huge Patio Space, and Game Room (pool table, ping pong, foosball) with a 1/2 bath and Pool Refrigerator are all guest favorites! This home also provides Free WiFi, parking for multiple cars in 2 garages and a large brick paver driveway, fully stocked kitchen, tropical landscaping and multiple balconies including a large rooftop patio space overlooking Siesta Key Village, and so many fantastic amenities for your island getaway. The pool is huge, and the 10-person spa is almost as big, and the pool patio features an oversized sun deck which is perfect for a chair and some relaxation in ankle deep water. As I said above, to make this pool area that much better, just off the pool is the pool/game room with a refrigerator, ping pong table, foosball, pool table, couches, and a 1/2 bath! This is a perfect area for entertainment when you're tired of the pool or want some fun entertainment for the family or kids. The home features spacious bedrooms and an assortment of sleeping arrangements including 7 King bedrooms ALL with en suite bathrooms for incredible privacy, a Twin over Full Bunk with Twin Pull out Trundle Bedroom, and a queen Sleeper sofa bed, sleeping a total of 22 people in beds. There are 6 bedrooms on the 1st level of living, and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd level of living (top floor). There are 2 living room spaces in this home, one on the 1st level of living, and the main living room, kitchen, and dining room great room on the 2nd level of living. The roof top balcony is located directly off of this living room space, and it is perfect for entertaining and provides great views of the Siesta Key area.This lovely beach home is closely located to the famous Siesta Key Beach area that offers on-site concession, volleyball courts, bathrooms, showers and even a playground for all the little ones. Check out the new Beach Complex that will surely wow you. The floor plan of this large home allows our guests the ability to enjoy this home in so many ways. This home offers it all, and like all of our rentals, the location in proximity to the beach and the village allows our guests the opportunity to pick the vacation that they want to have!This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest.-This property has an active Ring doorbell and additional video surveillance on the pool equipment only. Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.Beach Towels and Beach Chairs are included.
