On the ground level you will find a storage closet for your beach equipment, access to the community pool, and the staircase to the condo unit. The condo is elevated and does require a few stairs to enter the home. There is no elevator on site. Upon entering the home, you'll find the Great Room and Balcony access to your left, and both Bedrooms and Bathrooms down the hallway to your right. The great room contains the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and a Balcony. The fully stocked kitchen opens directly to the dining and living area so the chef of the family won't feel excluded. The dining area has seating for 6-8 people, with a 4 top outdoor table on the balcony as well. The living room is the perfect size with plenty of seating. You can enjoy the TV with HDTV Comcast service, as well as WiFi throughout the home.Down the hallway, you'll find the condo's 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King Bed, closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd Bedroom features a 2 - Twin over Full Bunk Beds (sleeps 6) with a bathroom just outside of this room with a shower/tub combination.
