This spacious and newly updated 1/1 ground floor condo has a full size, fully equipped kitchen to satisfy all of your culinary needs. The open floor plan creates an airy feel with the kitchen and living space combined. French doors open out to a screened lanai that overlooks the private heated pool and beautiful tropical gardens. The condo features a king bed, a full bathroom with a jetted whirlpool tub/shower combo to soak your troubles away, and a washer/dryer inside your unit. SKLRP Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
