This Beautiful townhome is very large (1800 SF) with 3 bedrooms on the third level each having an 32" LED TV. A gas fireplace in the Master Bedroom and an out door deck makes a romantic sanctuary. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are on the second level with a gas fireplace and a deck off the living area for active family entertainment.
The master bedroom and living room patio decks have a spiral staircase that access a large roof deck with a bar containing five stools, a deck table with seating for 4, a private hot tub that seats 6.
This is an independent townhome (no common walls) for extra privacy in a three unit complex with gated entry. Enjoy a short walk (6 blocks) to the Oceanside pier. Walk to theater, restaurants, library, clubs and shopping on downtown Oceanside. Close proximity (walking distance) to several Craft Beer Breweries that are the rage in North San Diego
We have space for one car in attached garage and a street parking pass for your second car to park free.We also have a full size washer and dryer in the garage. The Oceanside Transit Center is within walking distance (4 blocks) to take you south to Old Town San Diego, Gas Lamp District, downtown San Diego, Petco Park, Tijuana or North to San Clemente or Los Angele
