Located on the bay interior side of South Padre Island, this breathtaking townhouse offers guests the perfect vacation rental accommodations for their trip to SPI!
The upstairs entails a spacious 2nd floor living area with ample seating room for guests to relax, as well as a flat screen tv. Located off the living area and kitchen is a large balcony which captures great bay views and is the perfect spot to watch a famous South Padre sunset. Guests will love sitting on the balcony and relaxing while feeling the warm breeze of our tropical climate. Ready to cook? Guests will enjoy preparing meals with family and friends in the large fully stocked kitchen. This kitchen has everything you would need to cook a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The dining table has seating for 6 people and there is additional seating at the kitchen countertop.
The downstairs bedroom has a comfy King size bed and flat screen tv. As an addition to this bedroom you will have direct access to the backyard patio facing the water.
The second bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen size bed. There is a full jack and jill bathroom shared on this level. The third bedroom located on the second floor has queen bed with its own private access to the balcony facing the road to enjoy the island breeze! The large master bathroom is equipped with walk-in shower!
Guests will love hanging out in the lounge chairs on the balcony which face towards the Bay. The balconies facing the water provides seating to enjoy an elevated island breeze under the shade. Guests will love grilling hamburgers, hot dogs, steaks, etc out on this balcony! The home has plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. Garage is NOT for guests use.
