There is a huge flat screen TV to curl up with a movie. Floor to ceiling windows on the back wall bring the outdoor setting and natural light in. Wood floors run throughout the main level of this condo.

The Master Bedroom has a large flat screen TV atop a fireplace armoire and a comfortable King bed. Parking Instructions:
This townhome features a 1 car garage. This is the only designated parking spot available for this townhome. Overflow parking spots can be found to the side of the building or in parking spots on Alpen Rose Place. Do not park on the road and do not block anyone else's garage. Vehicles that are illegally parked or without a permit will be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense. Cars parked without a pass will be fit with a parking boot by Keystone ($100 to remove). Cars blocking 8711's driveway or garage will be towed immediately.
Shuttle Information:
