Welcome to the magnificent Plaza Alta On King. The interior is decorated in designer and craftsman finishes. There is a kitchen for the chef and a large terrace overlooking King Street. This is an ideal place to relax and entertain a small party. This location on the corner King Street in Downtown St Augustine, is a great place to people-watch. It is also a short distance to many popular places and the historic district. The apartment is located in the second floor. It has a private entry and two "off-street" parking spots that are free. The beautiful hardwood floors in each room and the designer touches will be immediately noticeable. The king-sized beds in the master bedroom are dressed with luxury linens. The second bedroom has exposed bricks, a queen-sized mattress and exposed bricks. The queen-sized bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Bathrooms with stunning wallpapers, and restored farm-style sinks. Each bathroom features a beautiful shower made of glass. The bedrooms are situated away from the main road to ensure minimal noise when sleeping. For those who are more sensitive, we have added sound machines and fans. The kitchen has a stainless steel appliance and a wooden hood. Granite countertops are included. You will be able to host a cocktail event and set up the bar. Ask if there is something specific you're looking for. We have a Keurig. The large wraparound deck allows for all-day use. Relax with a cup of coffee and watch the city come to life, or use the space to perform a Salutation to the Sun Yoga routine. The porch table can be covered in case of bad weather.
