In the summer, you are close to the Northwoods Clubhouse Pool and Tennis Courts making your stay hassle-free and full of adventure. 

Inside you'll find modern touches, updated appliances, and a truly cozy atmosphere. The common spaces boast grandiose features all groups are sure to enjoy. A floor-to-ceiling stone hearth with gas fireplace inlet, an oversized flat screen TV mounted within a built-in knotty pine entertainment center, as well as an updated kitchen, which opens socially to the great room. These are just a few things to admire about this option. The master bedroom sits on the main floor, complete with an ensuite bathroom of its own. 

Upstairs you'll find the other two sleeping quarters, their shared bathroom, as well as a secondary living room perfect for setting the kids up with a puzzle or board game. Tahoe Donner is one of America’s largest homeowner’s associations, with nearly 6,500 properties and 25,000 members enjoying over 7,000 acres in the Sierra Nevada mountains. 1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 8 people. 
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. 
3. This driveway slopes downward toward the house. Caution should be exercised in the winter months. 
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.  

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY – 
Reservations are considered booked when the Guest’s non-refundable prepayment has been received.  The reservation balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is considered non-refundable (less any taxes paid).

HOST FEE DETAILS:
Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit.  Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out.
