Property Description

This newly built home (2018) is perfect for the modern traveler looking to explore mountain living.  Mountain Jewel in Tahoe Donner offers contemporary mountain decor, plenty of space for the whole family, a private hot tub, and sits on the third fairway of the golf course!

Accessing this home is a breeze with a flat driveway and an attached two-car garage.  As you enter the main level you will immediately feel relaxation take over as you're welcomed into an open living and kitchen space by large, bright windows, and wooded views all around you.  The kitchen is ideal for the chef of the group, boosting plenty of counter space, upgraded appliances, and easy access to the living room to stay connected while cooking.  The vaulted ceilings and large windows will make it easy to unwind in the living room after a day of adventuring.  Cozy up around the gas fireplace in the evenings and enjoy a movie night on the large flat-screen TV.  In the summer, you can access the back deck where you will find a private hot tub and BBQ area which is great for entertaining.  You will also find an easily accessible master bedroom on the main floor with an ensuite bathroom.  The master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and sliding door access to the back deck.  The master bathroom has jack and jill sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub for those at-home spa days.
