Property Description

This luxurious modern mountain home is located in the beautiful Alpine Meadows and boasts a blend of contemporary style and mountain charm. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence has been impeccably designed with a spacious and open floor plan, perfect for both entertaining and everyday living. This comfortable vacation home features high beam ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a patio deck off the living room, allowing for seamless indoor/outdoor living. 

The Tahoe Vacation home boasts numerous updates, including roof heaters, a heated floor in the main bathroom, a claw foot tub, a tankless water heater, Pella windows, concrete countertops, hardwood flooring, and stunning kitchen finishes. The property also includes a convenient one-car garage connected to the house through an enclosed entry, essential during the colder winter months.

The reverse floor plan is intended to take advantage of all the natural light on the second floor living space.  The cozy living room is complete with new furnishings and a wood-burning fireplace making this ski cabin all the more authentic.
