The middle bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, closet, tub/shower combo, and heated towel rack. Additionally, there's a half bath and a laundry room with a washer and dryer on the main level.

The lower level attached garage can accommodate two cars and has ski storage. Depending on snow conditions, there's room for 2 to 3 more cars in the driveway. The driveway is flat and easy to access as well. The downstairs mudroom has ample space for boots and jackets, along with an extra refrigerator.
