Property Description
The owners have personally designed the space so that, as you set foot on the living floor, you immediately see 180 degrees of unobstructed views of the lake and the mountains. The 1000 square foot top floor is completely open, with most interior walls removed, so the cedar wood ceiling acts as a cathedral ceiling. The completely remodeled kitchen boats brand new top-of-the-line appliances, granite counter and new cabinets. The only wall rebuilt on the top floor separates the kitchen from the dining room, and the large range together with its ceiling-high hood sits against it. The other side of the kitchen is separated from the living area by a bar which provides seating for five, highlighted by modern pendant lighting. A new two-way fireplace stands in the middle of the living room, approachable from all sides. The end result is one of incredible views, space and openness.
With three levels of living space, you will enjoy time with the entire group yet still have room to retreat for privacy. On the top entry-level area, experience the peace and tranquility of the surrounding settings through multiple windows and the wood ensconced ceilings and floors. On the mid-level, retreat to the master bedroom to experience the warmth of the gas fireplace. The kids will enjoy an entire floor to themselves downstairs with a kitchenette, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. Beautiful stone, tile and original artwork accent every room. With multiple decks, and a lower level yard area with lawn, relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoying the stunning Alpen glow star-filled sky is a must!
