This spacious beach house bungalow will accommodate any vacation whether it be a family vacation or a reunion of friends! Upon entering you will find yourself within our quaint and comfortable beach house bungalow, that can accommodate all your needs . The large kitchen is sectioned off to allow the cook of the family space when preparing meals! The large dining room living room combo opens to a beautiful view poking out over the white sand dunes. The living room offers comfortable seating along with a large flat screen television for guests to enjoy movies. This classic house has an enclosed Florida room along with seating and a table to eat at, the room itself is enclosed by windows at all angles so that you have a view from every corner!

The master has a king size bed, a large flat screen television, and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has two full size beds, an amazing gulf view and a television as well. The third bedroom offers a Queen size bed and a flat screen television. This unit as well has a mother in law suite located at the front of the house in its own separate quarters, it has a queen size bed and its own bathroom.

There aren't many houses you can get with this location and direct access to the Gulf. The large back area has seating and is perfect to bring our grills back and cookout at sunset. With this unit having plenty of space for parking we allow trailers and small boats as well. The beach in front will have minimal people compared to the large populations in front of the condos!

The best part about this property is the LOCATION!! This unit is located on the peaceful West End of Panama City Beach on Front Beach Road - just 2 blocks from the newly built Pier Park - Starbucks, Dillards Dicks Sporting Goods, the Grande 16 Movie Theatre, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, the Back Porch, Buffalo's Wild Wing & Sports Bar, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Longhorn's Steak House, Borders, Old Navy, Many more shops including places for ice cream, smooothies, spa for massages, salon and more with the North Side of Pier Park being finished! Frank Brown outdoor sports complex is in walking distance which is perfect for baseball, soccer, and swimming tournaments. The only thing missing at Pier View is YOU!

-Parking for 4 cars.
-During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
-Beach Chair Service rentals are available 3/1-10/31. This is NOT included in this property rental.
