You know Summer has started when the historic Saratoga Race Track opens for the season. People from all over the world flock to the Race Track in Saratoga Springs, New York eager to hear the words "And they're off!" followed by the crowd going wild with cheers for the seasons favorite horses!
Near the front gates of the Saratoga Race Track, vendors sell amazing photos of the horses, jockeys, and the race track grounds, while the live music adds to the exciting atmosphere. Another great activity the Saratoga Race Course offers is a chance for you to see your favorite horse up close. Before the horses take to the track for the big race, they are brought to the paddocks where they can be seen and admired.
