We had a wonderful time. No complaints! Beautiful cabin! I would suggest cleaning the spider webs off the porch by the doors. At least to prevent people from walking into them when we were excited to check out the porches.

We absolutely loved our stay!! If you want a secluded cabin, “Abide with me” is the cabin to stay in! It was the perfect size for the 5 of us! We had such a great time & will definitely stay here again! Timber Tops was extremely easy to work with! Reservations, payment, arrival & departure was super easy! The drive up to the cabin was great & easy except for the sharp, steep grade up into the driveway, but once we learned the trick to getting in, it wasn’t bad at all! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the cleanliness of the cabin! It was clean, for the most part, but the floors had to be swept as soon as we got there & we had to get rid of quite a few cobwebs inside the cabin! Not anything too extreme, just could’ve been done by the cleanup crew. The beds, bathrooms & linens were very clean! Beds were comfortable & the space was perfect for us. The hot tub needed to be cleaned, as well, but it was too hot outside for us to use it, so not a huge deal. I’m sure if I had wanted to use it, Timber Tops would have came & cleaned it, but it would’ve been inconvenient to have to wait for that to be done before using it! All in all, I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for seclusion & peace & quiet! One of my favorite parts of the location was that we had an awesome fireworks show every single night! I assume it was Dollywood’s end of the night show, but we enjoyed it every night since it was 4th of July week!! Thanks for a wonderful time & we’ll be back soon!!

Our stay at the Abide With Me cabin was overall a good experience. I would not recommend this cabin if you have small children. We spent a lot of our time guarding the staircase from our 1 1/2 year old grandson. It is located right in the middle of the cabin so it was hard to avoid them. There was only one room with a door so there was not much privacy in the rest of the cabin but it was very nice and clean and well stocked. The drive up to the cabin was VERY scary. The road turned into a one lane road that you prayed no one was coming cause I don't know what you would do. The road is in need of major repair. It had several large potholes and crumbling pavement and the drive up was steep. The driveway was also very tricky to maneuver, especially in a large SUV. You can still see all the fire damage in the area and around the cabin but the cabin wasn't harmed in the fire. Timber Tops was very easy to deal with and we had no problems with them.

I would like to thank the gentleman with a tan Chevy Silverado with the ladder rack that graciously fechted us for Piolet on the Parkway and got us to our cabin after driving around for over an hour and half on mountains roads, was quite scary. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. So for the customer service provided you get a five star. However the cabin was nice, but was not very clean when we arrived. The kitchen floor was dirty. The top porch is amazing, but doesn't look like it has been swept for awhile. The beds were very nice, but the house is very opened. If the kids were in the basement playing pool and I was on the third floor, I could hear every word that they said. The game room was nice but not all of the games worked, the puck for air hockey was broken. I was thankful we also brought board games to play. The hot tub doesn't look so good either. The girls only got in it one time because it made their legs red and itchy. The kitchen was very well stocked so that was definitely a plus for me since I cooked several meals at the cabin. Look forward to finding a different cabin to stay in next week. Again 5Stars for the awesome customer service! That always makes for repeat customers.

Your website was easy to use when we looked into booking a cabin. Booking was easy and all transactions were handled professionally by Timber Tops staff. Information was provided to us in a very professional way and everything was easy to understand and self explanatory. Our cabin was clean as we expected and we had no problems except for the hot tub. We had to call for someone to come clean it but they did so in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely use Timber Tops again when we visit the Pigeon Forge area.

Overall everything was great. They even called to let us know we could check in an hour early.....something that many people promise but it never actually happens. The paperwork process seems a bit unnecessary and cumbersome. I've stayed with many different rental companies and never had to fax a copy of my credit card and I.D. As long as the charge went through it was a done deal. Not sure why the extra effort with Timber Tops. The same issue with faxing the rental agreement....I paid...you sent me a confirmation...the electronic agreement should be sufficient. After all that, they forgot to send me the Direct Check-in information. Otherwise, very nice people to deal with.

Customer service was great making reservations. The cabin is on a very steep road, this should have been declared. You should have a mirror on the poles on the one way roads at the top nearest the cabin like they do on some,of the other poles. Cabin could be cleaner the glasses were dusty I had the wash them before using them. Gameroom a little rough, tv wouldn't turn on, games outdated, pool balls crappy. Otherwise cabin was very nice. I would not recommend to older people, staircases would make it tough and roadway.

The cabin company was very nice and switched us cabins because someone in the party had injured a knee and could not go up and down the steps at the first cabin. The second cabin had steps up to the door but then everything was on 1 floor so it made it easier. The cabin we stayed in was nice but did need some updating. The owners of the cabin did not give us much information and the cabin did not feel as homey as the other we have stayed in. We would recommend Timber tops to friends or family but out first choice is still Great Cabins.
