We loved the way you handled the problem with the first cabin and when we moved to the Dancing Bears Den we were very happy the girls were so professional and nice handling everything we come up every year and you are our new cabin rental people we understand that you could not control the heat going out in the first cabin was out of your control but once you found out it could not be fixed quickly you did everything to see we were taken care of and me and my family appreciate that

We have always stayed with Timber Tops when we come to Gatlinburg for vacation, however, this time was a short stay and I decided on getting a hotel close to the cheer competition which both of my daughters were in. Although the hotels in the downtown Gatlinburg area is awesome, I was not able to get a wink of a good night's sleep due to the business of the area of the season and cheer competition. We spent one night in that hotel and the very next morning, I called Timber Top's reservation line and reached Angie and Stephen. Together, they were able to get us into A Dancing Bear's Den cabin immediately and I was able to get a quick nap before competitions began. The cabin was EXACTLY what I needed. My husband and children were happy with space and freedom. I can't tell you how appreciative I am to Angie and Stephen. They were so understanding of my sleepless condition, need for rest and space for the three days of cheer competition. Needless to say, I will always stay with Timber Tops during our stay in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or where ever their locations are.

Beautiful cabin. Really clean except for bathroom rugs in both bathrooms. We felt safe and comfortable. When we first arrived it was dark and we couldn't find our cabin so I called the office and asked for assistance. The lady with whom I spoke was so kind and understanding and she even sent a nice gentleman over to guide us to our cabin. He was also very kind. We had a very nice time and plan to stay with Timbertops again sometime. Thanks for your hospitality!

We were very pleased from the time we arrived for check in and our stay. The cabin was perfectly located for all our needs. We loved the layout of the cabin. I would possibly recommend a map that is easier read for getting to the cabin. We had a few missed turns among others I saw doing the same.

This year....Did not like no closet for hanging my clothes . Dust in dresser drawers. Extra blankets did not seem to be clean. The rest was ok.

Outstanding to work with. Cabin was spot on with what we requested due to limitations. Customer service was always pleasant to work with. The technician who came to the cabin fixed that he issue with the dish and explained that it was a result from a recent storm. Loved the check in and check out.
