The cabin was super clean, & I love how we didn’t have to actually go to the office and spend a lot time getting checked in. Someone called us when the cabin was ready (few hours early!) and gave us the door code and that was it.

We enjoyed our stay at Heaven's Garden. There were two couples of us and this was one of our best stays. The parking area was a little close to the road, but since there was only two other cabins beyond us it was ok.

Reservations were a breeze, the lady I spoke with over the phone was so sweet and nice. Check in was the easiest I have ever experienced. I will most definitely use Timber Tops for my yearly stay in the Smoky Mountains! Only Complaint, the couches in living room are very uncomfortable!

The cabin and amenities were great! We had two concerns: 1) a nail head in the middle of the second-from-the-bottom step of the stairway to the second level was poking up a little -- it may catch a sock and/or trip someone. 2) while we understand it is a rustic setting, there were a lot of cobwebs, and dust in some areas that shorter folks might not see (i.e., obvious to taller people -- top of the fridge, tops of the dressers and TV cabinets, back in the corners. Also, while the sheets and pillowcases were clean, we were a little surprised that there were not pillow or mattress protectors under them. These were only minor annoyances. The customer service, location, overall condition of the cabin, security system, cable and wifi made it a pleasure! We'll be back.

We were late in checking in, the staff was very helpful in getting us the map and code to cabin. It would have been nice to get the alarm code at the same time the cabin code was given to us though. but everything worked out.

The cabin was lovely and was a perfect size for our family. We had a wonderful time. Your views are amazing and a definite plus to the rental. The cleanliness was satisfactory but the hot tub was quite foggy, the windowsills upstairs had bugs and cobwebs, and the upstairs bathroom wasn't fully clean upon arrival. Everything else was fine.

From check-in to check-out, our stay at Heaven's Garden was outstanding. We live in the area so most of our trips to Pigeon Forge attractions (Dollywood!) include hours of driving and parking. This time we chose to spend the weekend in a cabin. What a great choice!! Our time was now devoted to experiencing Festival of Nations and instead of the long drive home, we zipped right up to our cabin and enjoyed a true mountain get-away. We woke up each morning fully rested and ready to go again. We'll be back more often.

Our last 4 visits to the Smokies have been at Timber Top properties, the last 2 were at the same cabin. We wouldn't use anyone else! The cabins are clean, and well equipped, and the beds are comfortable, and the views are always amazing! The only improvement I would like would be to have additional towels. It gets a little stressful trying to make the towels last for the entire week.
