The reservation, check-in, and check-out processes were smooth and convenient. The cabin was very clean and very nice in every way. We had a great time and would highly recommend a visit to the Smokies and using Timber Tops/Amazing Views. Can't wait to visit again soon!

Private Sunsets was perfect!!! We had a great stay. The beds were comfortable, beautiful views, kids had fun in the pool and hot tube. They also had fun with the board games and game table.

This has been the best cabin among all the cabins we have stayed. We will definitely stay at this cabin in the future. The mattress and furniture was comfortable. The view was great from all the windows.

We stayed in the Private Sunsets cabin. We had a wonderful time and loved the cabin. This was the 1st time going to Gatlinburg for 3 of the people in my group. They also enjoyed the cabin and would like to bring their families. The only issue was a few of the pots and pans were very used and could stand to be replaced. I would book this cabin again.

Timber tops was very easy to book and easy check in, loved the cabin but the resort had a bad smell at the lower end, did not smell it much while we were at the cabin but very bad at pool and lower area. Again we loved the cabin, neat, clean, description did not match, there was no Xbox or air hockey as listed but it did have arcade game, my son was disappointed about not having the Xbox system, he had brought games to play but did enjoy the arcade games, overall very good.

Very nice cabin and vacation!! The cabin was a perfect size for the three of us and it was well stocked and maintained. The area to park was tight, but we managed with a full size truck.

You did great and the only complaint I might have is that the bed in the bedroom where washer and dryer are in the bathroom was not very comfortable. Over all it was great.

Everything was great except when we got to the cabin the heat was on and set to 92. This was at 10 pm so it took all night to cool down. Simple mistake I know but the first night was pretty warm, everything else was as advertised.

We were very pleased with our cabin. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The cabin and the view exceeded our expectation. The cabin was clean, comfortable and the view was unbelievable. The only areas that might be considered as places to improve might be bed comfort and dusting under beds, and that was nothing that took away from the stay. We will come back!

The chalet was beautiful as well as the views. The only thing that needs updating is the grill. I'm not sure why it was painted purple and fortunately it did not get hot enough to cook our steaks well done even though it was charcoal.

The view was spectacular . The cabin was private just like the name of the cabin. (Private sunsets ) unfortunately my wife and I are disabled and getting in and out of the hot tub or the jacuzzi bath was impossible. The staff was attentive with our needs. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking. The coupons were handy and saved us some $ . Loved having a washer and dryer. The heat and air conditioning worked great. The deck was an entire room of its own. The couch and chair in living room were uncomfortable . The mattresses were just ok
