Cabin was nice and clean. I was given wrong wifi code and it took 3 calls and 30 minutes to get in touch with office to get correct code.

I've stayed at Timber Tops cabins about five times or so over the years and have always been quite happy with the accommodations. This particular cabin, however, wasn't as nice of an experience as the others. We don't have any major complaints, but there were a few minor issues that lowered the overall experience compared to the others we've seen over the years: There were no instructions on how to operate the televisions/cable/remote controls. There was only one skillet, one small saucepan, and four forks. There were no privacy locks on any of the interior doors. There was no guest book in which to make comments. Again, I realize that these are minor issues - but I wanted to make you aware of them. We'll likely be back to visit again in another Timber Tops cabin, but we'll certainly be looking to stay in a different unit.

This was our sixth stay in a Timber Tops cabin. We have always been very happy, but this cabin was below par. The layout of the kitchen was basically unusable and the kitchen supplies were very sparse. The cabin was in a poor state of repair with missing or damaged interior trim. There also appears to be a water bug problem. We will not stay in this cabin again.

The stay was great. The cabin was clean. Very cozy with good views. Vernelle was very helpful in choosing the right cabin. The only disappointment I had was the fact that I specifically chose a cabin with a pool table but once there I realized there just wasn't enough space to actually play pool. The walls and furnishings were just too crowded around it, rendering it useless. I'm not sure if its presence reflected in the cost, but if so, I paid for something I wasn't able to use.

Good stay just a few things that needs changing in Angels Among Us....pool table area to small to play pool, tv behind door in main bedroom needs to be moved.... door blocks tv and bed poles block view of tv.

This was my Husband and I, 10 year wedding anniversary. First trip just him and i have taken since our honeymoon. We had an absolute wonderful time. The cabin and views of the mountains were breath taking. The town and folks there were extremely welcoming. The only negative thing was, there was no hair dryer provided in the cabin. I assumed with towels, washer/dryer and iron being provided a hair dryer would be as well. Just like in hotels. So I did not bring mine. However, I was able to find and purchase one at a near by Walgreens in town. I would suggest to either include one or notify occupants that one is not available in the cabin. Other than that small hiccup I would love to stay with you all again and would and also already have, refer family and friends to you all!!

The cabin was beautiful, however, there were a few things that we didn't call about because we had asked to be switched and knew you were sold out, so there was no need to worry about them. One, the hot tub was a little cloudy, a button or part is missing from the tub and something is broken off on the inside. Because of this, we chose not to use the hot tub. The door to the deck only has a chain on it, no lock. I understand that the deck is off of the ground, but we had been robbed previously through another cabin rental and it made for some uneasiness leaving the cabin and sleeping. We constantly took all important belongings with us when we left. The last thing is the envelope that the cleaning crew leaves asking for tips. I feel this is very unprofessional considering we already paid for cleaning in the price of our cabin. We were not sure if you all were aware of this envelope being left, since it looked homemade and there was nothing indicating Timber Tops on the envelope. Other than these things, we enjoyed our stay, loved our weekend and will definitely use you all again in the future!
