The villa is an end unit, meaning that there is no one to the left or above you. This creates a peaceful environment. This villa's floor plan is designed to provide comfort and functionality. There are two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. A half-bath is also available downstairs. The loft's large chair converts into a twin-sized bed, and the full-size couch in family room can be pulled out to make it a sofa sleeper. The loft overlooks the large living space with 20-foot ceilings and two large skylights that allow for natural light throughout the day.
