Our House at the Beach C-217 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse with a second-floor entry and a bi-level floor plan. With 1,352 square feet and sleeping for up to 6 (1 king, 2 twins, and a sofa bed), the layout is designed to spread out daily living across separate spaces rather than a single open room. Please note that access requires stairs and there is no elevator.

The home includes an eat-in kitchen with full-size appliances and a full set of cookware and dining essentials, along with a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Central air conditioning and heating are provided, and the living room and bedrooms have televisions. Internet access is included, and towels/linens are supplied. A washer/dryer in the unit supports longer stays, and additional conveniences include an iron/ironing board and hair dryer.

Outdoor space comes via balconies, including one off the living room and another connected to the primary bedroom suite. The primary suite includes an en-suite bathroom and dressing/closet area, while the second bedroom is served by a nearby full bathroom.
