The building is gated and private for your safety and to take you away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. There is a receptionist on site 24 hours a day as well as a full-time building administrator and maintenance staff to take care of any needs you may have during your stay. The building has been recently renovated and includes a relaxing lobby area and atrium garden, a rooftop pool, grilling area, as well as a game room, and laundry. The views from above are sure to take your breath away!

This unit is located on the 5th floor (yes there is an elevator) and is a two bedroom two bathroom corner unit perfect for two couples or a family looking to be in the best location in town. Rooms are set up suite style to give each group their own privacy. The front bedroom has a comfortable king size bed while the back bedroom has two twin beds and a queen size bed allowing 6 guests to enjoy the space. The unit comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay including items to prepare meals at home, as well as towels and linens, bottled purified water, TVs, DVD players and some DVDs, a stereo to connect you iPod to, and small music library of CDs, books and games, and maid service is three times a week. You'll spend hours on the wrap around patio enjoying not only the view of ocean but also the mountain side and plaza park area below which hosts a lovely Saturday Market.
