Property Information
Tropical, well-maintained one bedroom
units (also a second bedroom or studio
is available), in this one-story triplex on
A-1-A, just one block to our
award-winning beach with lifeguards.
Miles of shoreline allow for long,
uninterruped runs or walks. Looking
north, you'll see our fishing pier and
lighthouse recently restored.
It's a short walk to dozens of great local
restaurants, shops, boat rentals,
diving/snorkeling boats, party and
charter fishing boats, nail and beauty
salons, gourmet fish store, pharmacy,
bank, nightspots and more. The closest
18-hole golf course is a five-minute
drive. Tennis is a five minute walk.

every forth week is free or discounted,

reservation. The balance plus $100 exit
cleaning fee, 11% state and local
taxes and security deposit equaling one
week's rent are due 30 days prior to
arrival. We accept Mastercard and
Visa.
