This condo & North Coast Village have got it! This is the only condo complex in Oceanside that is actually ON THE BEACH. C304, "Pelican Place," is a penthouse loft 3rd floor unit - so you get not just the standard balcony & views, but your own rooftop deck and the sounds & sight of surf and sand!
North Coast Village is a tropical condo "resort style" complex. Heated pools, spas, waterfalls & plush landscaping greet you upon arrival through our secure gated & staffed entry. Billiards, pools, a fitness facility, BBQ's, and picnic tables await your family.
This beach condo is among the finest vacation rentals in North Coast village. You will find luxury linens, high definition plasma TV, surround sound, digital video recorder, wireless internet, and TV's in each bedroom. Your special vacation accommodations will be tasteful, soothing, and comforting. You just need the sunscreen and bathing suits as we supply the beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand and pool toys, cooler, beach towels, and more.
The bedrooms have comfortable beds and great views. Our kitchen is fully appointed to satisfy the coffee only guest or the gourmet cook. You'll enjoy all the dining choices from our breakfast bar to our sea grass dining table to the outdoor choices on our ocean view balcony and roof top patio.
We are family friendly and have a high chair, safety gate, and portable crib. If you get tired of sun and surf we also supply family board games, dvd's, over 50 kids videos, and a library. Guide books and local attraction coupons complete the package.
Oceanside is convenient to all of southern California's favorites including LegoLand, Sea World, San Diego Zoo and Animal Park.

Oceanside is located in North San Diego county and is on the "Coaster" rail line, near LegoLand, Carlsbad Company Stores, Sea World, San Diego Zoo. Oceanside is also convenient to Orange County, Disneyland, California Adventure, Knotts, LA, & Hollywood.
Oceanside is the northern most city in San Diego county, just 35 minutes from downtown and 45 from Disneyland. Camp Pendleton (US Marine Corp) on the northern border is a great neighbor and makes this a quiet small beach town in the midst of the greater San Diego & Los Angeles metropolis. The pace is unhurried; the beach is broad and unspoiled; the pier the longest in southern CA; the harbor the perfect home base for boating.
