Great location! True top-floor and direct oceanfront. Only one villa like this exists in Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort with the actual "unobstructed panoramic view of the beach and ocean" as shown in first picture. Why? The villa has received the Highest GOLD rating for the resort- with new furniture, decorating, electronics. High speed Internet is available for your use.
Not only will you be just steps to the beach, but you will also be nearby great shopping, restaurants, and entertainment! There are on-site bike rentals, tennis on site, playground area, laundry facilities, elevators, 24-hour security gate, and the new Carrabas restaurant and Adventure Cove Family Center are within walking distance.
We are also part of the on-site rental program at HHBT, so you do have access to all of the amenities and you can pay on-site! (If a villa is not part of the on-site program, amenties access is limited.)
A spectacular, direct, panoramic, ocean view! You can see up and down the coast with a panoramic view from this third-floor villa - with an elevator! Not only do you have the ultimate privacy with no one "walking on your ceiling," but also you have privacy- unlike villas on lower floors or in back part of a building/horseshoe. Always ask if the villa is a "TRUE" Ocanfront villa or just has side views. We have a straight-on, unobstructed ocean view.
Great accommodations! You will enjoy this family-oriented villa complex, which is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Renovations were recently completed. The villa is decorated with a classy beach and palm tree theme throughout. The living area is appointed with a new, very comfortable sleeper sofa (April 2006). Also, a new CD/Stereo component system and DVD/VHS players are available and purchased new (April 2006). Free High Speed Internet as of January 1, 2007!!!
New large porcelain tile and paint throughout, white kitchen, granite counter top in the bath, new hardware and wallpaper in bathroom, crown moldings, new borders, etc. Two TVs - one in master bedroom (new TV- larger than shown in picture) and one in living area - both with cable.
You will enjoy every moment of the sights and sounds of the ocean and beach during your vacation. This villa is perfect for a couple or small family. The largest oceanfront pool on the island and a kiddie pool are available for your use.
Hilton Head Island is ideal for a relaxing and/or fun-filled active vacation in a great resort area. Take a walk along the beach where soft breezes blow fresh from the Atlantic ocean. Watch the ships off in the distance while the beautiful birds and wildlife abound. The oceanfront area has the perfect setting for making memories with the ocean as a backdrop.
Many people ride bicycles while on the island- and you can rent easily- or bring your own. There are bike paths all over the island. If you like golf, there are many 18-hole, highly-rated public courses. The restaurants offer some of the finest Southern cooking anywhere in our opinion- and we are Southerners.
You'll find plenty of shops and reasonably priced restaurants. Take home your own treasure from one of the shops.

Please, no smoking inside the villa. Unfortunately, Pets are not allowed in the villas or on the resort grounds.
