This is the largest of our vacation rentals. This modern house sits on a two acre lot at 9000 feet and has a fantastic view overlooking the Moreno Valley. One and a half miles from the 67 trails of the Angel Fire Ski Resort and about 2 miles from a fabulous PGA golf course.
Only 15 hours from Phoenix, 10 from Oklahoma City, 6 from Lubbock, 5 from Amarillo or Denver and 3 from Albuquerque.
This 4000 square feet vacation rental by owner sleeps 14 in its 5 bedrooms is ideal for the large or extended family. Two family areas each with independent satellite TV system and entertainment systems. The living room (20'x30') has a Dish Network satellite connection. The Game Room has a second Dish Network satellite connected TV, over 200 books, 40 VCR movies, some DVDs, bumper pool and a ping pong table with supplies. Laundry room remodeled in 2004 and is available in the house, dishes for 16 in the main kitchen and for eight additional in the smaller kitchenette.
Two new wall mounted LCD HD TVs now installed in upstair bedrooms. Both have the Dish network. That totals 4 TV's with independent Dish.
Three bedrooms with queen beds, one with twins and a dorm with three bunk bed sets. All bed and bath linens are supplied. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. Bring your food and it is ready to move in!!
Have a large group of up to 28 for that family reunion? Combine with the Bunker Hill across the street. Have up to 40 we can combine both houses with the George house next door.
Prime season is the ski season, but summers are wonderful. Don't miss the Fall Golden Aspens.
