We stayed at your home over Thanksgiving this year and invited some of our family for a "mini" family reunion. We had the most wonderful time. The house was immacualte and located right on the golf course! We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the golfers as well as walking and biking the trails to the beach, shops and lagoons. The entire family enjoyed the stay! We have stayed at another one of your homes in the past and this was as enjoyable as the last stay! We hope we can find an opportunity in 2008 to spend some time in Hilton Head again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful homes!

We stayed for a long weekend with beautiful weather in Oct. The house and setting was great - even nicer than in the pictures. The Sea Pines Resort has so much to offer - the best bike trails, great horseback riding, a full service marina, and beautiful beach. It couldn't have been better!

In early April we rented your home in Sea Pines Plantation and it proved to be a big hit with everyone in our family that included our two daughters and four grandchildren. With day time highs reaching into the mid 80s we took advantage of the nearby tennis courts, bike trails and ocean beach. However, it was your lovely four bedroom home that enabled us to relax and enjoy our vacation to the fullest from early morning deck-breakfasts to playing board-games with our grandchildren in the main room with its soaring ceiling. Even our 10 yr. old golden enjoyed going to the ocean with the kids.

An Internet search led us to this house for our first visit to Hilton Head and Sea Pines Plantation Resort.
The stars had aligned for all of us (my wife and I and our four kids, ages 24 to 13) to have the same week for Spring Break ’07. We couldn’t have been
more pleased with our choice! The house is
spacious (bigger than the many pictures),
beautifully decorated, conveniently situated, and a great value. The four bikes were a major plus because we had our most fun bike hiking and beach
riding. Additional bike rentals, fine dining, and shopping are just a five-minute walk away. We felt more like we were borrowing a friend’s house while
they were out of town than renting a vacation property. We look forward to our next visit, and if everyone can’t make it this time, we’ll rent a smaller home from Chuck. Because if his other properties are as comfortable and homey as 9 Fern
Court, we’re in for another great vacation!

My husband and I and of course, the dog, have stayed at this home for the past 2 years and will be booking again for next year. It is absolutely gorgeous and is in such a beautiful location, we can really relax. We love taking a walk to the beach first thing in the morning with the dog and then going back in the afternoon on the bikes that are left at the house. The house is always immaculate and thoroughly stocked.

The house was a pleasure to maintain; the supplies and equipment are first rate and the use of critter sitters gave us a chance to enjoy a day trip to Savanna and a night out. And the beaches are spectacular. We already are looking forward to next year.
