Old South Hospitality mixed with new decor! Travel a short distance from your serene beach get-away and visit Charleston or Savannah for low-country charm or stay on the island and relax in the charm and warmth of the unchanged natural island setting.
This spacious townhouse has a spectacular location. It's bordered by the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as by the Van der Meer Tennis University, the Players Club Fitness Center, and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. Our Townhouse is within a walking distance to all.
The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are only a two block walk to the east. The hard white sand is ideal for beachcombing, jogging, dog walks, volleyball, paddleball, and "building castles in the sand."
Whether you're looking for a place close to the beach, a quiet tropical setting to "nest" in, or a high energy/high activity vacation, our townhome can offer it all. There are many activities to choose from. Yet this luxurious private residence offers lot of opportunity for quiet relaxation.
Most importantly, you can park your car and enjoy the 12 miles of hard sand -- which is perfect for bicycling or walking. There are also miles and miles of biking and jogging trails.
We put a lot of thought and care into the interior design of our villa. Our plan was to provide every amenity possible. This exceptional townhome exceeds traditional standards. You'll find stylish, beautifully coordinated, designer furnishings throughout.
Our Villa has been newly decorated and has all new furniture. The Gourmet Kitchen is fully tiled. The appliances and furnishings are all brand new.
This luxuriously furnished, two-bedroom/2.5-bath, private residence is tastefully decorated in a tropical decor. On the first floor there is a living area, and a kitchen with all-white counter tops, and a bar-height kitchen counter top and stools. There's also a separate eat-in kitchen, a laundry area, and a large TV entertainment center.
Outside, in the middle of a subtropical setting, this end unit offers a private deck with rocking chairs and a barbecue.
Each bedroom suite has its own full bathroom. The king-size bed has a "pillow-top" mattress to insure a good nights sleep. A TV/VCR is included in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and "pillow-top" mattresses which can be converted to a King Size Bed. This bedroom has Cable TV.
There are upscale linens and towels in both bedrooms. The two-story townhouse design ensures that there is no one sleeping above you --to guarantee a quiet evening's rest.
A well-behaved dog is allowed. Call owners for details! There is a $95 pet fee per week.
No Security Deposit is required when using a credit card to make an Online Reservation. If paying the first deposit by check, a $200 reservation/security deposit is required. If there's no damage, it will be refunded after the stay.

We really did enjoy our week at your villa. The villa is very comfortable and lovely--the beds are awesome! WE appreciate that there is limited carpeting as it's so much easier to keep clean with pergo floors, both for the sand and pets. The area is quiet and shaded by the trees so it was cooler and great for outdoor reading and visiting with family.The weather was especially grand and the flowers on the island were gorgeous. We think May must be a great time to visit. We had never been there at that time in the past. The bikes were wonderful because they made getting around so easy and economical with the increase in gas prices that week! WE would reccomend the villa to friends and family.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our week's stay. The villa is beautiful and had everything we needed and then some. We loved how close we were to the beach, shopping, and hot spots. We definately need to go back to see some more of the sights. We would not stay anywhere else. We loved it and so did our puppy.

Had a great time. The condo is marvelous with a close proximity to the beach. Food recommendation was the best. The bikes were terrific. We wore ourselves out by walking the beach and bike riding every day. We will be back. Thanks so much.

We really enjoyed our stay in the South Forest Beach villa. It was so clean and conveniently located to everything on Hilton Head Island. The restaurant recommendations were great! One of the best things about our vacation was that we were able to bring our two Golden Retrievers with us. They are such an important part of our family and had a great time too! We have already told so many people about the villa and look forward to visiting again soon!
