Welcome to our completely renovated, two bedroom, three bath, Hickory Cove villa in Palmetto Dunes. Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful, gated private community on the island of Hilton Head. Hickory Cove villas are located on the bank of the 11 mile lagoon system. Our villa overlooks the 18th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Sit on either of the two decks and enjoy the gorgeous golf course views.
The villa features a fully-equipped kitchen that has been completely renovated - cabinets, counters, appliances, the works! In fact, the entire villa has been updated with all new flooring, and furniture. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own bathroom. Upstairs is another bedroom with two double beds and a private bath. There is a small loft area with a sleeper sofa at the top of the steps, and another queen sleeper sofa in the living area. A third full bath is located off of the living area as well. The villa has a full-size washer and dryer for your use, and all linens are provided, except for beach towels.
This villa provides the best of both worlds - you are on the golf course and just a short four to five minute stroll to the beach! There is also a private pool for Hickory Cove owners and guests. Palmetto Dunes is a world class resort that has received numerous accolades for its golf courses and tennis courts. Travel & Leisure Magazine named Palmetto Dunes the best family resort in 2003. It truly has something to offer everyone!
