Property Information

Located right by the driving range and across from the 1st Tee on the Weiskopf GC. at the new luxurious Cedar River Village at Shanty Creek Resort Newest condo development (top floor-the quietest level) with 3 private large bedrooms-One king bed, one Queen bed and 2 twin beds-not a loft-these are real bedrooms. A brand new 42" Samsung Plasma HDTV with surround sound and can play MP3, DVD, VCR. (By the way, I have two identical units in the same condo building-rent both for a week and receive an additional discount). The Master Bath has ceramic tile and has both a 2 person Jacuzzi tub and a separate very large walk-in shower with a sitting area in the shower. The master bedroom has a new King size Pillow-top mattress that is brand new and soft yet supportive. This is much better than you will find at any other condo that you may rent. Also, the second bedroom also has a new Queen size Pillow-top mattress. The gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and Full-Size New Kitchen has everything you desire. Use all of the owners amenities including the use of 5 swimming pools-free, the Cedar River Village complex (swimming pools open all winter long, workout facilities, hot tubs, restaurants, pro shop/ski shop all right next door), tennis courts etc.-ALL INCLUDED.

Bonus-Professional Driving Range right outside your front door. The first hole of the Cedar River Golf Course, designed by Tom Weiskopf, is right across from the driving range for your convenience or choose from 3 other award winning courses at Shanty Creek. This is the best location and the best value if you are interested in either skiing or golf. Don't settle for something less than you deserve. This is the top of the line new condo complex at a very affordable price.

-TRUE Ski-In Ski-Out (Slopeside-if it isn't Slopeside then it isn't on the slopes and you will be walking to the lifts).Also, the Tubing Hill is now right outside our front door.

OK, so some people in your party don't golf or ski. Well this is the resort that has it all. Take horses for example. Horses are fun either in the winter when you take that sleigh ride you always dreamed about or get up in the sattle in the summer for a ride around the resort. If that isn't your style, how about a day at the famous Shanty Creek Spa to be totally pampered for an hour or all day. Are you a nature lover? How about fly fishing (there is even a school to learn how) or hiking or swimming or cross-country skiing on some of the best trails in Michigan. This is a 5000 acre resort-that means lots of room and lots of entertainment. Speaking of entertainment, catch live music at night in the Summit restaurant. Remember, there are five restaurants throughout the resort featuring a full variety of menu items and prices for every budget and appetite.

Relax because it is all here for you. We have made everything easy so that you can have a wonderful vacation. Full Kitchen w/service for 10 including all new appliances-microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, full washer/dryer, Internet Access, Stereo System with over 60 CDs to choose from (pop, country, folk, classical). Besides the 42" new Samsung Plasma HDTV, we also have 2 other TVs-its all here. New and Clean with plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Don't settle for a walk to the slopes when you can be right on them. Don't settle for a long walk or car ride to the driving range when you can walk right out your front door and warm up on the professional driving range. Don't settle for crowded lodging. This is a family's dream location. This luxury condo (Slopeside)has it all. No expense was spared on furnishings.

2 person jacuzzi in master bathroom. This unit is very large and professionally decorated.

Property Activities

Golf is right outside your door with a professional driving range and the 1st Tee of the Weiskopf golf course across the road. Swimming pool and spa are right across the parking lot for easy access. Ski-In Ski-Out on 45 groomed runs w/5 Quad Lifts, golf, tennis, skiing, tubing, sledding, sleigh riding, horseback riding, swimming, fly fishing, hiking, visiting the day spa. Or (and this is my favorite-relaxing and eating). Now that's a full vacation.

As your kids ski by, toss them a candy bar-Remember, it is on the ski-hill. No walking necessary.

A great tubing hill is close by, where you ride back up the hill in your tube. Take a sleigh ride or a snowmobile ride right on the property. mountain biking, a full service spa and health club, shops, restaurants, and Kids and daycare program right on-site.

Area: Dine at one of the five restaurants or go to Bellaire which is a lovely resort town only 10 minutes away. Shopping for antiques? Visit Alden-only 15 minutes away. How about Boating and beaches. About 10 minutes away you can relax on Lake Bellaire at your own private beach club managed by the Association. It's all free. Or take a stroll into Charlevoix-45 minutes away. How about a day trip to Mackinaw Island. This is perfect. Use this as your vacation headquarters-Mackinaw City is less than 1 hour and a half away. Stop by Harbor Springs and Petoskey for real upscale shopping just 55 minutes away. Have to have a mall visit? Traverse City is less than an hour away.
