These beautiful condos are located right on the sand, on one of the finest surf and swim beaches in Southern California! They offer endless views of the Pacific. We have seven units available for large families or groups of friends. Located on the third floor (top) no noise from above and not near the Railroad tracks. Enjoy white water views from the balconies, relax in our spectacular pools and secluded grottos, or just watch the sun set into the sea. Nothing compares to living on the beach and nothing comes close to the luxury of North Coast Village!

Famous Oceanside Pier for dining at Ruby's, great burgers and fries. By auto but still nearby: Quaint beach towns, Carlsbad with factory outlet mall, and Legoland. Del Mar race track, Sea World, San Diego with it's world famous Zoo, Coronado Island with the one and only Del Hotel and US Navy port. Visit the wondrous tide pools of Pt. Loma. Mexico, for incredible shopping, delicious tacos, and home of the world famous Caesar salad!
Area: 35 miles North of San Diego. 50 miles South of Disneyland. Near freeway. Perfect weather, perfect location! We live here and love it!
