This contemporary home features an open floor plan providing oceanfront views from the living area, dining area, and both master bedrooms. Elevated off the ground, the 1st floor features a spacious living area, separate dining area and kitchen with breakfast eating area. The first of 5 bedrooms is also on this floor and has a Queen bed, with access to the hall bath. A winding staircase lead to the 2nd level which has an open loft and 4 bedrooms. This level features two master bedrooms. Both have a king size bed, a private bath, a television, and a dynamic view of the ocean from a private balcony. One even has a jacuzzi tub. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a bath and both bedrooms have 2 twins each. Wet bar, multiple TV's, outdoor grill and a private oceanfront pool with a jacuzzi are just a few more highlights. **No Pool Heat Available.
