Very charming one bedroom with loft near Gordon Beach. Completely refinished with beautiful hardwood floors and new appliances. The attractive furnishings and decorative touches add warmth a character to this contemporary designed cottage. There is also a nicely appointed small outdoor patio. Located in Union Pier, about 2 blocks to the beach.
Additional Rate Information
Deposit 50%. *3-night minimum on Holiday Weekends, billed at weekend rates. Check in is 4PM EST; check out is 10AM EST during the summer. Off-Season varies. Please call a few days prior to your arrival to make arrangements to pick up keys. We will make special arrangements for late arrivals. Remember we are one hour ahead of Chicago Time, So please plan accordingly.

We provide you with a "starter set" of two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, two garbage bags and some basic cleaning supplies. Linens such as sheets and towels are provided based on the number of beds. |
