This is a wonderful 2 bedroom cottage steps from a gorgeous beach in Lakeside. Extra touches include hard wood flooring, cozy wood stove, original and restored arts & crafts furnishings; all pulled together creating a warm color pallet on the walls. Enjoy al fresco dining on the roomy decks. Lots of open-air space and lavish out-door gardens. Just 1 house off of Lake Shore Rd, close to the beach. *King bed can be converted to two twins.

This cottage is Pet Friendly with an appropriate pet fee and prior approval.*3-night minimum on Holiday billed at weekend rates. Deposit 50%. Check in is 4PM EST; check out is 10AM EST during the summer. Off-Season varies. Please call a few days prior to your arrival to make arrangements to pick up keys. We will make special arrangements for late arrivals. Remember we are one hour ahead of Chicago Time, So please plan accordingly.
