This spacious cottage offers the very best of both worlds; close to the beach and a beautiful in-ground pool! The owners have made sure this home has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The floor plan is surprisingly open and airy, and features a cozy living room with stone fireplace and comfortable furniture for lounging. Spend time quiet mornings in the screened in sun-room overlooking the pool, and keep plenty of refreshments handy in the pool house adjacent to the garage. This home features an outdoor fireplace. Just 2 blocks to the side entrance of Warren Dunes State Park, and another to the Beach!

Off Season Rates:
Friday & Saturday: $300/night
Shoulder Season (Sept-Oct) (Sun - Thur) $275/night
Off Season (November - May) (Sun - Thur) $250/night
Deposit 50%. *3-night minimum on Holiday billed at weekend rates. Check in is 4PM EST; check out is 10AM EST during the summer. Off-Season varies. Please call a few days prior to your arrival to make arrangements to pick up keys. We will make special arrangements for late arrivals. Remember we are one hour ahead of Chicago Time, So please plan accordingly.

TRAVEL 3-4 BLOCKS TO DUNES ROAD.12150 DUNES ROAD IS ON YOUR RIGHT. PLEASE FOLLOW ABOVE WRITTEN DIRECTIONS. MAP QUEST WILL PULL UP ANOTHER "DUNES ROAD" IN THE AREA.
