Property Information
Everyone will love this sunny and bright 3 bedroom bungalow in the heart of Lakeside. Kids will enjoy the play house, play set and basketball hoop, while adults appreciate the extra amenities such as the wood burning fireplace and outdoor hot tub and shower. An open floor plan and large dining room allow your friends and family ample gathering space. Located on a side street in Lakeside, just under 2 blocks to a wonderful beach access. *The two twin beds are bunk beds.

Friday & Saturday: $250/night
Shoulder Season (Sept-Oct) (Sun - Thur) $200/night
Off Season (November - May) (Sun - Thur) $150/night
Deposit 50%, *3-night minimum on Holiday Weekends, billed at weekend rates.
Check in is 4PM EST; check out is 10AM EST during the summer. Off-Season varies. Please call a few days prior to your arrival to make arrangements to pick up keys. We will make special arrangements for late arrivals. Remember we are one hour ahead of Chicago Time, So please plan accordingly.
