A beautiful 8,225 sf Villa with 3-casitas with cascading pool located within walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants in thriving Jacó Beach. The villa has a tropical mood, with palms, flowers and plants everywhere.
The Villa has in total: 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps 8, divided as follows:
Casita #1: 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps 4 persons.
Casita #2: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 3 persons.
Casita #3: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 2 persons.
The property has a lovely large pool with a real rock waterfall and ample space for lounge chairs. Next to the pool is a covered bar equipped with a gas grill, stereo, refrigerator and blender. It even has its own bathroom.
Casita 1 is the main unit and has parking space for 2 cars. Casita 2 has its own separate street entry and parking space for 1 car. Casita 3 is behind Casita 1 and is reached by walking through a winding palm garden.
